Slow blogging day. A perfect opportunity to feature the best lines I’ve heard.
The above was from a few years ago. Dean MacDonald and I were standing in front of his house when a car drove by and flushed a flock of pigeons from the curb. I noticed one white bird among the rising dark cloud and pointed it out. His reply was instantaneous.

Hey I remember that, and in case I ever apply for the job of sportscaster, thanks for omitting the comment about the grey pigeons being naturally more gifted flyers than the white ones.
